Micro Niche Finder Product Review
I bought a copy of Micro Niche Finder to help me with my efforts at Wealthy Affiliate University, an affiliate marketing membership site I belong to.
I consider it a great piece of software — so I made the video below to show you exactly how I used Micro Niche Finder to uncover a hidden niche within a competitive market, and an affiliate program to promote — all in just 5 minutes.
In a nutshell, Micro Niche Finder helps you uncover hidden niches. You put a general keyword phrase into the software, and in seconds, it comes back to you with possible niches.
What makes the software really unique, however, is that it gives you the Strength of Competition (SOC tool) for each keyword phrase. It tells you exactly how many websites are WELL optimized for that particular phrase — and more importantly, is it worth your time?
Lastly, Micro Niche Finder has some additional features such as helping you find affiliate programs for your niche, and it even helps you find content for your niche.
So I definitely recommend it — it’s not the prettiest piece of keyword research software around, but it’s a very powerful tool, it’s unique and worth the money.
Could you find a handful of free tools that more or less do the same thing? Probably. But time is money, and buying one piece of software that does this all for me in minutes was worth the small $67 investment.
UPDATE: Micro Niche Finder 3.0 is now out. It’s the same as what’s described above, but with 3 new features:
1. There’s a brainstorming tool that generates random niche ideas for you.
2. Each keyword now contains data for the estimated PPC cost per click.
3. There is a hot trends tool that shows you what keywords are currently very popular.
Talk to you soon,
Ryan

I can only agree with what’s said. I own micro niche finder and use it everyday (I also have keyword elite but MNF is my tool of choice for speed).
My web site is optimised (I hope) for “internet home based business idea” which was found, amongst others, by searching for the main keyword of home business in MNF.
Good software.
Hi Geoffrey, thanks for your comment.
I took a look at your website and here are my suggestions:
1. Your title tag — Put your keyword phrase at the beginning and yesyou.org at the end.
2. Surround the keyword phrase at the very top of your page with an H1 tag.
3. Get rid of that adsense block at the very top of your page…it’s showing unrelated ads and I think it’s extremely distracting from your main goal, which is to capture the opt-in.
4. Links, links and links! I see you have some already…keep on getting them. Commenting on blogs like you’ve done here will help.
Hope this helps,
Ryan
Hey Ryan- I too have the product, this is by far the only product I need to find niche markets easily and make money online.
Thanks
Eric
Thank you Ryan for sharing that very informative video. Considering how easy it looks to use this software and also how popular affiliate marketing is, I’m surprised that it isn’t a household name.
Thanks for your comment Frank. The software is pretty popular and getting more well known. They’re actually coming out with a new version soon so I guess I’ll have to make a new video!
Cheers,
Ryan
This software is popular and getting better recognized. They’re really coming out with a new version soon so I guess I’ll have to make a new video! Considering how easy it looks to use this software and also how popular affiliate marketing is, I’m surprised that it isn’t a house name. I require finding niche markets easily and making money online………..
Ryan, thank you for this video and review. I struggle to do keyword and niche research and this looks like a good tool to have. Is it still good though? This review is a little old and I am wondering if it is still as popular as it apparently used to be. Also, how accurate are the results in MNF (monthly searches, SOC, etc)? Is it a reliable source to use directly, or do you use it as a springboard for other keyword research?
Hi Mike, yes the video needs to be updated but the content is up to date
I use Micro Niche Finder all the time and I find the results to be very accurate.
It’s really helpful for finding good keyword phrases to target for article and blog post headlines…or for SEO efforts.
It’s not meant, however, to be used as a way to build a massive list of keywords. It’s more for cherry picking good keyword phrases that have little competition.
I use it in connection with Google’s free keyword tool.
Hope that helps!
Ryan
Thank you for the reply Ryan, that does help. Right now I am only using Google’s keyword tool and it takes a long time to find good niches and keywords. Micro Niche Finder seems like a tool that could speed up the research process some. I might have to get it and try it out for myself.
Thanks for all the help.
