My name is Ryan Cote and I’ve been trying to make money online since 2002.

I started dabbling in affiliate marketing back in 2006 and that’s when I started earning decent money — it’s quickly become quite an obsession for me.

Yes, it’s a lot of work, but I love the fact that I make money while I’m at my full-time job and while I’m sleeping — it’s such a fascinating concept to me!

I currently earn an average of 4 figures per month — and I’m only doing it part-time. My goal is 5 figures per month by 2009.

Most of my affiliate marketing income comes from advertising pre-sell landing pages with pay per click — and I also make a a few hundred bucks a month with Google Adsense.

For affiliate marketing tools and education, I rely on Wealthy Affiliate University, and sometimes I’ll buy a program if I really think it’ll help me make more money.

I’ve experimented with blogging here and there, but nothing too serious — but I know web 2.0 is very important and I figured, why not create a blog about affiliate marketing? I’m passionate about the topic, it’d be fun and I’d hopefully make a network of affiliate marketing friends (like you!).

So I decided to go for it, and hence the blog you’re reading right now.

I plan on adding two or three new posts per week — and the content will be about my ideas, thoughts, what I’ve tried, what works for me and what doesn’t. I’m aiming for quality over quantity.

I don’t claim to be an affiliate marketing guru, but I love what I do, I’ve learned a lot and I’ll do my best to make this blog as interesting and helpful as possible.
