Using Misspelled Keywords in Pay Per Click

Hey guys, Happy Memorial Day! I doubt too many people are reading blogs today — but it’s been 4 days since I posted something and I hate letting more than 3 days pass without adding new content.

OK, if you’re using pay per click, don’t forget about bidding on misspelled keywords. There’s usually less competition and you pay less per click.

There’s a free tool you can use to generate misspellings of whatever keywords you input. Here’s the link:

http://www.affiliatesgarage.com/tools/misspelled/

It gives you 4 options for the type of misspellings you can generate:

1. Wrong keys.
2. Missed keys.
3. Crossed keys.
4. Double keys.

So for example, if you’re bidding on the keyword phrase “quick weight loss” and you generate misspellings based on people missing keys, this is what you get:

uick weight loss
qick weight loss
quck weight loss
quik weight loss
quic weight loss
quickweight loss
quick eight loss
quick wight loss
quick weght loss
quick weiht loss
quick weigt loss
quick weigh loss
quick weightloss
quick weight oss
quick weight lss
quick weight los
quick weight los

The perfect way to use misspellings is once you know which keywords make the most sales for you, generate misspellings of these keywords.

It’s an easy way to get some additional exposure for your superstar keywords.

That’s it for this post — enjoy your day off!

Cheers,
Ryan
